Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns for bracelets, sling bags, pins, abaya, jilbab, skirts, khimar, embroidered bags, necklaces, and pendant sets under the following conditions:

• Return Window: Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
• Non-Returnable: Used, damaged (by customer), or customized items are not eligible.

Refunds:

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect items, subject to availability.

Damaged or Wrong Items:

• Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for quick resolution.
